Notice of Public Hearing on North-South Runway: December 2

The West Michigan Regional Airport Authority has scheduled a public hearing regarding the future of a North-South, crosswind runway that is currently featured on the airport’s site plan filed with Bureau of Aeronautics, Michigan Department of Transportation.

The hearing will be conducted Monday, December 2, 2024, 4 to 6 p.m. in the city council chambers, Holland City Hall, 270 S. River, Holland, MI 49423. Following an informational presentation by the WMRAA’s airport consulting engineers, Mead and Hunt, the WMRAA board will receive public comment solely on the matter of the North-South runway’s future disposition.

To allow all those who wish to appear sufficient opportunity, each individual will be limited to five (5) minutes comment time and one appearance.
