Landing Fees & Billing

Landing fees take effect Sept. 1, 2026, for aircraft with a maximum certificated landing weight of 8,000 pounds or more. Fees are assessed per landing according to a weight-based schedule and are calculated using the aircraft’s FAA-certified maximum landing weight. Exemptions are available for based aircraft, locally owned aircraft, government and military aircraft, and charitable medical transportation flights. Exemptions are not automatic and require documentation submitted to the Authority.

Vector PLANEPASS® Fee Billing and Collection Service

Effective Sept. 1, 2026, landing fees are billed and collected by Vector Airport Systems through its PLANEPASS® service on behalf of the airport. Vector assesses fees according to the airport’s established landing fee schedule and sends a monthly invoice to the aircraft’s responsible party after the conclusion of each month. Any fees charged by the FBO are separate from the fees billed and collected by Vector.

Vector’s Operator Self-Service Portal allows operators to make credit card, ACH and eCheck payments; update account information; view airport fee structures, Authorization to Bill letters and W-9; enroll in electronic invoicing; and view account history. Operators who have not previously received an invoice from Vector should contact the PLANEPASS® team to set up an account.

Payment Methods

American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted, with a service provider processing fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents of the total amount paid. There is no fee for ACH or eCheck payments made through the operator portal. Checks may be mailed to the remittance address shown on the Vector PLANEPASS® invoice and must include the invoice number or operator ID. For wire payments, email billing@vector-us.com to obtain banking details.

Questions

For billing questions, contact Vector’s PLANEPASS® team at 1-888-588-0028 or billing@vector-us.com, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. For questions about the landing fee policy or the exemption process, contact the airport office at m.neyens@wmraa.org.
