WMRA’s JET FLOAT PARTICIPATES IN MUZIEKPARADE

The West Michigan Regional Airport’s jet float glided down the parade route beginning on eighth street during the Tulip Time Muziekparade on Saturday, May 12, 2018. Many thanks to the team pictured above  that helped put it all together. From the right Josh Doornbos, Chuck Doornbos, Derek and Sarah Laird and their two children Josie (3) and Jack (1 1/2) and  Abinet Scholten. Also a huge thank you to Crown Motors for the use of a new Toyota Tundra to pull the float in style.

A new entry that wowed the crowd was the  the Hooligans Flight Team that flew over the parade several times in their T-34s. Featured were approximately 4,000 participants, 160 entries and 25 bands.
