Park Township Representative Resigns

Bruce awardSeptember 2014 – Bruce Wickmann, one of three Park Township representatives to the Airport Authority, announced he is resigning from the Board due to a change in residency outside of Park Township. Wickmann will continue his role with the Authority’s Building and Development Committee. Wickmann stated, “The Authority is a fantastic group of people to work with and refreshing to have positive attitudes to make WMRA a world-class airport.”

WMAA Chairperson, Tim Klunder, on behalf of the West Michigan Airport Authority Board, presented Wickmann with a plaque of appreciation for his dedicated work with the Authority and for the value he brought to the Board.

Russell Sylte was welcomed by the Board as he stepped in to fill the position of Park Township representative. Sylte is Sales Manager with Metal Flow and looking forward to participating in the governance of the airport.
