2015 Wings of Mercy CareAffaire

Free airplane rides Join us for family fun at the fifth annual Wings of Mercy CareAffaire at West Michigan Regional Airport on Saturday, August 22, 2015. Register on the Wings of Mercy website for the second annual Runway 5K that will begin on the airport’s runway Wings of Mercy!

The local Lions Club will serve a benefit pancake breakfast and a wide variety of aircraft will be on display. Activities include a silent auction, jet and helicopter rides and much more!

Kids, ages 8-17, will receive free plane rides through the Young Eagles Program (register early) and enjoy free activities including Make N Take planes.

Founded by Peter VandenBosh, Wings of Mercy is a faith based non-profit organization who provides free flights to distant medical facilities to patients in need. Wings of Mercy has flown over 850 flights from West Michigan Regional Airport.
