WMRA Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Held on October 13, the West Michigan Regional Airport Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new Business Center and Aircraft Apron project was a huge success. The first Ribbon Cutting was for the new Aircraft Apron Area and was held at the nose of a jet. Comments were made by:

  • Matthew Haworth, Haworth, Inc.
  • Congressman Bill Huizinga
  • Anne Armstrong, Associate Director of the Urban Initiatives Office in Grand Rapids
  • and Jeff Stutz, CFO, Herman Miller.

The second ribbon cutting took place inside the new building. Tours and refreshments followed.
