2012 – Two airport viewing areas, one located along Lincoln Avenue and the other along 64th Street have been turned into formal viewing areas making it more convenient and safe to stop by and watch aircraft activity at West Michigan Regional Airport. The basic design for each area includes a paved parking surface for three to four vehicles, a picnic table, and signage about the airport.
